SERVICE COSTS

  • You will have been provided with a quotation for your appointment. A deposit will be required to secure a space in the diary. The cost of the deposit is dependant upon the duration of your appointment. The deposit is deductible from the quote with the remaining balance due on the appointment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • When making an appointment you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and can provide government issue photographic I.D on the day of your appointment to evidence this. Unfortunately I will not be able to tattoo you without it.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS, HEALTH & WELLBEING

  • If you have any medical conditions and are taking any prescribed medication this must be declared at the time of booking to allow us to make any necessary preparations, precautions or decisions on whether it is safe for you to be tattooed.

  • You confirm that you are not; pregnant, breast feeding or have given birth in the last six months as we cannot tattoo you in these circumstances.

  • It is important to eat well in the run up to your appointment providing your body with lots of nutrients to support with healing your body. This includes having something to eat within an hour of your appointment.

  • Resting well in the run up to your appointment will also aid in a healthy heal.

  • You must not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are found to be under the influence, I will turn you away.

  • If you are prescribed antibiotics in the week or so prior to your appointment, please contact us.

  • Do not partake in any heavy cardiovascular activities 24 hours prior to your appointment as this will widen your capillaries, increasing blood flow, therefore you will bleed more, making your tattoo much more difficult.

  • Avoid sun exposure in the run up to your appointment, this includes sunbeds. If you are tan or sun burnt, I will not be able to tattoo sun damaged skin.

  • We cannot tattoo over any healing scar tissue, scratches, bruises, eczema or any other skin condition outbreaks.

ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please complete your tattoo consent form prior to arrival as this will speed up the process on your arrival.

  • You may bring a friend or family member along for moral support if it is your first tattoo or you are of a nervous disposition, however, it is preferred you come to your appointment alone unless it is necessary!

  • Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed within the tattooing area. If you have children please make alternative arrangements for their care during your tattoo as they will not be able to attend with you and we do not allow children to remain unsupervised in the waiting area.

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. If you run late, you may not be able to proceed with your tattoo. You may be charged for the time in which the artist has committed to your appointment or asked to pay another deposit in order to secure a new appointment.

  • There is no PDQ machine within the premises, therefore all payments must be made in person in cash, bank transfer or via paypal.

  • Wear appropriate clothing to allow your artist access to the area to be tattooed, whilst protecting your modesty. There is a potential that ink or blood may soil your clothing.

  • Please shower before your appointment and refrain from applying any creams, lotions, ointments, false tan to the area that is to be tattooed. This includes any numbing cream or receptor blockers. Persons who apply numbing cream prior to their appointment will not be tattooed.

  • BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All appointments require a deposit which is non-refundable. The deposit amount is calculated based on the duration of the appointment.

  • If you decide to cancel your appointment or provide less than 7 days notice to request a rearrangement, you shall forfeit your deposit. If you need to rearrange your appointment and provide more than 7 days notice, I will then carry your deposit over to a rearrangement made at this time.

  • I do not hold deposits therefore if an appointment is not rearranged it shall be treated as a cancellation.

  • Multiple rearrangements may lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • If a touch up session is booked in, these terms and conditions also apply to that appointment.

  • Late rearrangement or failure to attend a touch up session will invalidate our free touch up policy and any further appointment will be subject to a new quotation.

  • By paying a deposit and securing a space in the diary, you confirm that you have read and will adhere to the above conditions. Any breach of the above conditions may lead to you having your appointment cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

  • If you attend your appointment in breach of the above terms and conditions, you shall forfeit your deposit, and another will be required to make an alternative appointment.
